[0001] Luggage or suitcase comprising means for holding the contents of the baggage or the bag The invention relates to a baggage or a suitcase comprising means for holding the contents of the baggage or the bag. Documents EP 379 438 A1 and FR 2 711 044 A1 describe luggage provided with means for holding the contents of the luggage. The holding means comprise straps, elastic or not, for holding the transported objects. The strap ends can be attached to the wall of the suitcase by an attachment system or loops. The documents FR 2 860 650 A1 and WO 2011/139 318 A1 describe luggage or suitcases comprising a dividing wall of the internal volume and having attachment means on the wall opposite to the articulation of the partition. Other systems include divider plates fixed by snaps or straps to the wall of the bag. An object of the invention is to provide a new baggage holding the contents of the bag during the journey, without crumpling the contents, with no adjustment by strap. Another object of the invention is to maintain the contents effectively without creasing, while compressing it slightly to maintain the contents. Another object of the invention is to use a completely removable holding means, allowing easy access to the contents of the luggage. The subject of the invention is a luggage or suitcase comprising means for holding the contents of the luggage or suitcase, characterized in that the holding means comprise a removable holding plate and a plurality of open hooks downwards. in solidarity with the luggage or suitcase. According to other alternative features of the invention: - The removable holding plate has a peripheral frame cooperating with the open hooks downwards. The plurality of integral hooks of the baggage is advantageously distributed in several sets, each forming a rack with several open hooks downward. - Each rack is advantageously fixed on a side wall of the luggage or suitcase. - The hooks may have an opening widening from bottom to top. - The lower part of the opening is preferably slightly smaller than the passage diameter of the frame in the hooks. - The upper part of the opening is preferably slightly greater than the passage diameter of the frame in the hooks. - The luggage may have pairs of racks fixed vis-à-vis on the side walls of the luggage. - The peripheral frame may advantageously be connected to a flexible central portion. - The flexible central portion can advantageously support storage pockets. - The luggage may include four racks each having at least two open hooks down.
[0002] The invention will be better understood from the following description given by way of nonlimiting example, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 schematically represents a first embodiment of a rack with several hooks according to FIG. invention.
[0003] Figure 2 schematically shows a second embodiment of a rack with several hooks according to the invention. Figure 3 schematically shows a perspective view of a rack with several hooks according to the invention. FIG. 4 schematically represents a partial perspective view of a hook of the first embodiment of FIG. 1. FIG. 5 schematically represents a perspective view of a first embodiment of a removable holding plate according to the invention.
[0004] Figure 6 schematically shows a second embodiment of removable holding plate according to the invention. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, identical or functionally equivalent elements are identified by identical reference numerals. The invention makes it possible to effectively maintain the contents of the bag with a large contact area, without requiring any manipulation other than pushing the removable tray downwards to snap it into holding hooks open downwards.
[0005] Preferably, the hooks are distributed in a plurality each forming a rack with several open hooks downward. Each rack can be attached to a side wall of the luggage.
[0006] The holding racks are preferably fixed in opposite pairs in side walls of the luggage. A particularly advantageous embodiment consists of fixing four racks each having at least four hooks on the side walls of the luggage.
[0007] In Figure 1, a first embodiment of rack with several hooks for attachment to a side wall of a luggage having a rounded bottom comprises a curved rail (1) integrally with seven hooks (2) open towards the bottom and intended to receive a rod or a rod of appropriate shape constituting a frame of a removable holding plate. The frame may be separated from the central portion of the tray or may be pipelined with openings where the hooks are located. In the assembly shown in FIG. 1, the hooks are preferably limited by an inner contour corresponding to the surface of the support (1) and by a contour narrowed downwards, so that the hooks (2) have an opening 'widening from bottom to top. In Figure 2, another embodiment of rack with several hooks according to the invention comprises a support (1) intended to be fixed on a side wall of a suitcase not shown. The support (1) may have a curved shape, but may also have any other shape without departing from the scope of the present invention. In this example, the hooks (2) integral with the support (1) have a folded shape hook, more particularly for an oval ring that can be snapped or engaged in the hook form hook (2). The hooks may be six in number as shown in Figure 2, but may also be fewer or greater, without departing from the scope of the present invention. In Figure 3, another embodiment of rack with several hooks according to the invention comprises a support (1) provided with five hooks (2). In this example, the hooks (2) have an inner contour in the form of a trapezoidal prism allowing the engagement of a flexible and slightly deformable rod. The number of hooks may also vary, without departing from the scope of the present invention. In Figure 4, a hook (2) of the first embodiment shown in Figure (1) has a lower distance opening (d) for the forced insertion of a removable retaining tray frame rod, with a slight deformation and opening of the hook (2). The upper part of the hook (2) has an enlarged portion at a spacing (e) greater than the distance (d) above.
[0008] The diameter of the ring of the removable holding plate is therefore between the distance (d) and the spacing (e) above. Thus, when the ring of the frame of a removable holding plate has exceeded the entrance of the hook (2), the frame is held with clearance in the upper part of the hook (2).
[0009] Thus, during the transport of a luggage or a suitcase, the retaining ring debates with play in the upper part of the hook (2), and can not leave the lower end of the hook (2), because since the distance (d) is smaller than the diameter of the rod of the frame of the removable support.
[0010] In Figure 5, a first embodiment of removable holding plate according to the invention is identified by the general reference 3. The removable holding plate comprises a frame (4) consisting of a metal ring or fiberglass.
[0011] The ring of the frame (4) is connected by loops (5) to a central portion, so that the central portion is maintained with a certain tension by the frame formed by the ring (4). In the example shown, the loops (5) are three in number on each side, which ensures a satisfactory and relatively uniform tension to provide some traction on the central portion. In the assembly shown, the central portion comprises channels (6a, 6b) for the passage of holding tubes of a telescopic handle generally disposed at the bottom of a bag, which allows to maintain the defined pockets on the left and right. other channels (6a and 6b) on the bottom of the bag when it is practically empty. The pockets delimited by the channels (6a, 6b) are four in the assembly shown, two central pockets (6c, 6d) and two side pockets (6e, 6f).
[0012] In Figure 6, another removable holding plate according to the invention also comprises a peripheral frame formed from a rod (4), loops (5) and a central portion (6). The central portion may also include pockets or may be openwork, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0013] The loops (5) can be replaced by piping, in which case the central portion (6) extends to the frame defined by the ring (4). Piping interruptions may be provided at the locations intended to cooperate with hooks (2). After fixing the racks by their support (1) on the side walls of the bag, the maintenance of the contents of the bag is carried out in a simple manner, by pushing the removable holding plate in contact with the contents, to obtain a slight compression, then allowing the removable retaining plate to be raised to allow it to come into engagement with the hooks (2) and the engagement of the ring (4) in the hook (2) corresponding to the height adjustment necessary to maintain the contents of the the suitcase. The arrangement allows to very slightly compress the contents of the bag, avoiding any crumpling and any damage to this content. The fact of having a central portion with pockets also separates certain elements of the contents of the bag to secure them to the removable tray and use the removable tray as a display or as a desk after separation of the bag.
[0014] According to another version, the removable holding tray may also comprise additional clamps to allow attachment to a hanger or other attachment means, so as to have the possible pockets vertically and facilitate access. The invention described with reference to particular embodiments is not in any way limited to them, but on the contrary covers any modification of form and any variant embodiment within the scope of the appended claims. Although the invention is described with reference to at least one holding rack (1) attached to a side wall of the baggage, it also covers rack variants or hooks attached to the top wall or "ceiling" of the bag and / or on the bottom wall or "floor" of the bag, or on or in the corners of the bag.
